During the last year of our business we got many questions about German magazines, such as “Bild der Frau”, “Der Spiegel”, “Freizeit Revue” and many more.
Today we added 40 of the most popular German magazines to our shop. By clicking the picture on the right, you will linked to all magazines we currently offer. Well – I know – there are much more on the market, so we will add some more this week, but not all of them. There are more then 4,000 several magazines on the market, and I hope you will understand, that it is impossible to add them all.

Many customers told us, that they want so select products with their family and friends, so they need an printed catalog. Well, the problem is, we cannot provide a printed catalog to all of our customers, because the print of any catalog is very expensiv. So we we thought about it and found out, the best solution of this problem is a catalog in PDF. A few days later (in april) we published our first PDF catalog. Now everyone can download it an print ist our or just use it on the monitor.
However, for resellers or catalog aggregators we are offering a printed version of our catalog. By the way, do you know we are offering a special discount for resellers and catalog  aggregators. Do you know the tasty Leimer Soup Pearls? Well, I grant you that before the last week I also was not knowing this product. I saw them in the shop of our wholeseller and was wondering what Backerbsen are. I read the desciption on the back of the package and decided to buy one package to test them out – and what should I say? – They are great!
You can use them in soups, salads or just as snack food when you watch TV or meet friends.
Leimer Soup Pearls are the ideal gernish for all clear and thickened soups. Simply add them to the soup when it is ready and serve.
Because of the versatility and the great taste of the Soup Pearls, we decided to add them to our online shop – and now you can buy them in the US and in Canada.

Ingredients: wheat flour, vegetable oil, sweet whey powder, corn meal, salt, raising agents (E450, E500), starch, whole dried eggs.

Baking mix for German bread

Farmers Bread

This week we added several baking mixes for typical German bread to our shop. currently we are able to ship the followin bread types as baking mixes: Farmers Bread (Bauernbrot), Whole Grain Bread (Vollkornbrot), Vital Bread (Vitalbrot), Multi Grain Bread (Mehrkorn Brot), Country Bread (Landbrot) and White Bread (Weissbrot).
The baking mixes are very easy to use: Just add some water, knead it and then let it rest about 30 minutes. After this, just put it in your oven for about 1 hour. During this time you can smell your bread baking in our oven and you can look forward to eat your home made German bread.

German bread is very good for a healthy nutrition and it tastes great.

The packages contain 500g of meal and yeast. After baking you will get a bread with the weight of ca. 750 grams.
