Baking mix for German bread
Posted on May 11th, 2009 No commentsThis week we added several baking mixes for typical German bread to our shop. currently we are able to ship the followin bread types as baking mixes: Farmers Bread (Bauernbrot), Whole Grain Bread (Vollkornbrot), Vital Bread (Vitalbrot), Multi Grain Bread (Mehrkorn Brot), Country Bread (Landbrot) and White Bread (Weissbrot).
The baking mixes are very easy to use: Just add some water, knead it and then let it rest about 30 minutes. After this, just put it in your oven for about 1 hour. During this time you can smell your bread baking in our oven and you can look forward to eat your home made German bread.German bread is very good for a healthy nutrition and it tastes great.
The packages contain 500g of meal and yeast. After baking you will get a bread with the weight of ca. 750 grams.

Posted on May 7th, 2009 No commentsIn april we found a manufacturer that is able to provide German bread which is preserved for more than 4 month. This means, you now can order original and very tasty bread you can store at home for month. It is vacuum-sealed and without any preservatives.
We can offer the follwing different kinds of bread from this manufacturer: Active3 Brot, Fitnessbrot, Schulbrot, Bio-Dinkel-Brot, Toastbroetchen, Sonnenblumenbrot, Classic Brot, Vollkornbrot, Dreikornbrot, Kuerbiskernbrot, Sonnenkernbrot, Leinsamenbrot, Vollwertbrot and as a special kind of bread we can offer Pumpernickel.
